Read a few reviews from some of the guests at Epupa Camp below.
Our visit to Epupa Camp was a memorable experience. The stunning location along the Kunene River, near the Epupa Falls, offered breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the natural beauty and culture of northern Namibia. Thank you Epupa Camp!
Wonderful camp by the Kunene River. Huge location with private bathroom and kitchenette. Two swimming pools with bar and panoramic terrace on crocodiles and leguaans. The hippo’s gone. Good restaurant with sunset over the river. Good wifi. Caring staff. Morning walk very interesting. Access 20 minutes walk from the falls. Very well maintained! A Vervet monkey family lives in the campsite and… steals absolutely everything!
it’s a perfect camp. A beautiful site. People very cool. all is top in this camp. Thank you for all.
Magnificent place in Namibia, hard to understand that it is not on the trajectory of more tourists. The road to it was not as ‘sporty’ as we feared, a good 3 hours drive from Opuwo in Epupa (but in the dry season). Very nicely landscaped. We slept in safari tents that were very cared for by the very friendly staff.
Very nice campsite, very well situated near the river, a lot of room. Two days is well to visit the wonderfull epupa waterfalls and take some rest near the river. The rafting is a must, you will see crocodile in the water.
We had a Wonderfull night in the accommodated tents at Epupa Camp, very comfortable location, foreseen of all necessary in a beautiful surrounding, very clean and neat, super friendly and helpful staff. Good catering and very nice dinner in a beautiful scenery close to the Falls, further away along the river, but therefor very quiet.
Very beautiful camp site right next to the Kunene River. Their facilities are good and we all enjoyed warm showers. There are a few small baboons and local pigs who visit the camp site in the mornings, this made for some great photo opportunities and interacting with the animals.
A bit far from everything, this camp near the border with Angola is a must when you travel to Namibia. The camp is well organised and very close from the Kunene river, which was very high when we were there. Monkeys were roaming in the area, it made the experience even more “african”. we really liked this camp. Count a good 2.5 hours from Opuwo by car.
Very nice stay in a gorgeous camp. Very clean and neat. We’ve been there with a couple of cars and around 10 frieds. Directly on the river bank of Kunene. Suroundings are great as well.
